Lynn and Julie make a great team and really helped us with a smooth sale of our house in Centreville, Va. We used them when we bought the home 4 years ago and felt comfortable with the level of service they provided on the buy side, so we joined up again when it was time to sell. Julie and Lynn are a fantastic team! They made searching for a home fun and bearable. I don’t live in the area yet - they went above and beyond, especially with f video calling me on some house viewings. Their knowledge of the industry and area were super helpful. Julie and Lynn work well together. When house hunting with them, one of them would go in first to check it out, turn lights on, etc. They both would check on me when I wandered off through the house. They were both honest, fair, and caring. They were like family to me! I highly recommend Julie and Lynn! Call them for all of your real estate needs!

Our experience with Lynn Gouge and Julie Potter was truly better than we could have ever imagined. Top professionals ever. We have purchased homes and sold homes, but never teamed with better real estate agents. With their assistance we exceeded what was the possible gain, above and beyond what they call COMPs. The gain exceeded what our townhome was appraised and was well above what our townhomes had ever sold for in our development. We selected them to help us in the purchase of a new home as a result. Their help in advising options was priceless. Lynn Gouge even got us $ credits toward closing from the builder that we have never encountered before and we have purchased several homes new.

My wife and I flew out to the area for house hunting, but weren't able to find anything matching our criteria.
